Jacqui and her team, shoutout to Melissa, were both communicative, professional and kind from start to finish. Although I'm sure quite an easy case, they made sure I was informed from the start and kept me updated throughout the process- chasing the investigation, till they were able to confirm to me that it had been closed with no further action. In the nicest way possible, hope I never have to solicit their services again, but would recommend anyone needing a solicitor to go to Jacqui.

Megan was excellent throughout the entire case. She was highly informative, providing clear and detailed guidance, and offering helpful direction at every stage. Her communication was consistent and reassuring, which made the whole process much easier to navigate. I felt completely at ease knowing she was on top of everything and handling the case with professionalism and care. The case was very serious and ongoing for almost 36 months, and it was an incredibly difficult time for me and my family. When you are being prosecuted you need to hire someone who knows the law well enough to represent you so that you don't get hit even harder that you deserve. It happens all the time, the (throwing the book at you method). The book hurts. The police and CPS like to escalate charges. If you don't have a representative who knows what might happen. I had a solicitor from another firm before, same case. His representation was discontinued and I hired a lady from Richard Nelson LLP. She made sure the law remained honest, I was given a consequence that matched my offence not a hugely escalated sentence that would have been unfair. She knows things like what sentencing guidelines the court are empowered with and made a point to the court that they accepted which otherwise would have left me in a position where I would no doubt have been prosecuted again in future. Eve Paterson skillfully negotiated the safe zone between there should be a consequence and escalated charges to make it sound worse than it was. In my very humble opinion,if you are going into a courtroom without her good luck. But if I had a choice I would use Richard Nelson. Eve if possible.

From the first call and throughout the whole process to its successful outcome Rita was robust, approachable and tenacious in doing all she could to ensure that we understood all that we needed to provide so that she could present the very best case in our visa application. Highly recommended.
I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. The attorney who was handling my case failed to complete my paperwork even after I had fully paid all the agreed fees. After we finalized everything from my side and I paid the full amount, my documents remained pending for an entire year. During that time, I repeatedly tried to contact her for updates, but she did not respond to my messages. This lack of communication and delay caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability, especially after fulfilling all my financial obligations. I hope the firm takes this matter seriously and improves its communication and commitment to clients.
I am sorry to hear that your experience was disappointing. There are often delays by HM Land Registry which are outside of our control, where they often take over a year before completing a registration. However, it sounds like there were potentially communication issue where we could have done better to manage your expectations and to communicate with you.
