My case was handled by a very inexperienced but extremely verbose solicitor (I will save her from embarrassment by not mentioning her name), who not only mismanaged the case but proceed to charge me huge amounts of money for the privilege of that mismanagement. It must be a case of scarce invoicing why she decided to boost her invoicing with me. Outrageous.

Don't bother wasting your time with this lot! I accepted a quote from them to act on a purchase and then agreed a quote to also act on the sale of my home. The lady I was dealing with then went on holiday for 2 weeks and I got an email saying they were now too busy - completely unprofessional particularly for a firm of solicitors - if they are too busy they should not have provided quotes in the first place which were accepted. Absolute rubbish!

We have had our wills written and have to say that we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. The advice we were given was second to none and a very reasonable price. Would recommend these solicitors to anyone.
Debbie was utterly flawless in her professionalism, dealing with two challenging buyers in a less-than-straightforward house sale. Errors generated by estate agent, mortgage broker and buyer's solicitor were dealt with speedily and proficiently in a manner that was protective of her clients. Debbie was also friendly and supportive, generous of her time to both me and my sister during a protracted house sale. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I met with two individuals re updating my Will and then my PofA. The First Gentleman who was representing an ill Partner was distant, appeared disinterested and certainly hadn’t checked my draft Will prior to despatch as it contained many factual errors. The younger lady that dealt with the amendment to the PofA was delightful, pleasant, helpful and very competent I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again.

Well I can’t praise Ella enough I was going through a really tough divorce very very stressful . Ella was brilliant she was with me all the way when it got tough for me she was very kind and sympathetic I nearly threw the towel in on a couple of occasions but Ella encouraged me to go on which I am delighted to say payed off , she is a credit to WGA anyone who needs a divorce lawyer I highly recommend Ella . Moving Mum from her home of nearly 50 years to a smaller property was scary and daunting for all of us - Mum, her husband, and us, her three children, but without a doubt Charlie has made this whole experience feel less daunting, we knew we were in safe hands right from the very start of our journey. She answered all our questions, always really quickly, and in a way that we could understand. Paperwork requirements were always clear, and underlying all of this, all the legal necessary side of things (which were absolutely faultless) was a warm friendliness, a caring approach, and for that we are so grateful. We cannot recommend highly enough, Charlie you were fantastic, and in a weird way we will miss your emails!!!!

Throughout our journey we were supported by a team of consummate professionals, from walking through the door at the Swaffham office and meeting Nichola Prior on reception we knew we had selected the correct solicitors, although we were faced with an inept buyers solicitor we were kept informed of progress regularly by Claire Williams-Massey (our designated solicitor), no question or query was too much trouble, if the need arises we will certainly request support from WGA; its uncommon to receive such a high level of service, 100% value for money.
The staff were sensitive to our feelings at a difficult time.
