Our sales was days away from collapsing due to the previous solicitor i was using was closed down by the SRA, I contacted Michael at Pepperells and he immediately helped and took time to see my sales through really quickly. Massive thank you to him and his team.

Wasn’t happy, with the lack of communication. Typo errors, which were very unprofessional. Took too long for a completion date, felt I was chasing them for updates.

Having compared multiple solicitors offices and pricing packages I decided to go with Pepperells. The process was kept simple from first telephone contact to finalization. The price for the work was fair without any upselling or hidden costs. Thamida could not have been more helpful. Everything was straightforward and explained in great detail. I came away confident that I had completed everything satisfactorily. Being able to meet locally was a bonus and the entire experience was quick, efficient and without any stress. I would use Pepperells again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Thamida.

Received an email asking me to sign and also my bank statements and account details. I thought it was a scam! Contacted solicitors who never got back to me about why they needed this information. Eventually I managed to speak to someone who said they didn’t actually this but it’s sent out automatically. I still continued to be sent these emails asking me to sign etc. Really poor communication and service.
Efficient solicitors with excellent communication. I have used them on two occasions and will definitely use them again in future. The whole team are kind, considerate and very professional. Huge thanks everyone at Pepperells, particularly (most recently) Malcolm, Cheryl, Amy, Parminder, Suzie, Laura and Stacey.

I received some good advice regarding a dispute with my neighbours. You have to pay for your appointment upfront but it was well worth it.

In January this year I purchased a car from a dealership. The car did not meet satisfactory standards and the dealership was refusing me my consumer rights under the 30 day right to return. I contacted Pepperells and was quickly given an appointment with Leah Kelly (Associate Solicitor). Leah was amazing, she listened carefully, and understood my situation. Leah issued a Letter Before Action to the dealership, unfortunately, they didn't respond. However, Leah and her colleague Selin (Trainee Solicitor) did not give up and managed to arrange a meeting with the dealership to rectify the situation. The meeting was a success and I now have a new car I am happy with. I would highly recommend Pepperells Solicitors. Both Leah and Selin provided great service. I am extremely grateful for their assistance.

Do not use this firm , let me down and lied so many times , felt like I was doing there job for them . Very unprofessional and not very nice to clients I had to get the legal ombudsman involved
