In January this year I purchased a car from a dealership. The car did not meet satisfactory standards and the dealership was refusing me my consumer rights under the 30 day right to return. I contacted Pepperells and was quickly given an appointment with Leah Kelly (Associate Solicitor). Leah was amazing, she listened carefully, and understood my situation. Leah issued a Letter Before Action to the dealership, unfortunately, they didn't respond. However, Leah and her colleague Selin (Trainee Solicitor) did not give up and managed to arrange a meeting with the dealership to rectify the situation. The meeting was a success and I now have a new car I am happy with. I would highly recommend Pepperells Solicitors. Both Leah and Selin provided great service. I am extremely grateful for their assistance.

We met Stephen Orridge & Holly Davis for an introductory 1hr chat in Pepperell’s Hull office. We may have crept over that "boundary" by ten minutes. When we left we had a little chat and shared our thoughts. Both Holly & Stephen were kind and friendly. We noticed that Holly took plenty of notes. We both felt that Stephen had a friendly straight talking, professional and bubbly personality. He listened and rapidly understood and contextualised the information we gave him. We concluded after only one hour that Stephen was honest, trustworthy, and meticulous. We were left with no reservations. Thank you Holly, thank you Stephen.

We got married last year, so needed to do new wills and take out LPAs at the same time. All our questions were taken on board and answers discussed. We also had access via e-mail for any other queries and to view draft documents. It is costly, but we wanted to use a solicitor to ensure it was done correctly, which we felt was worth the expense. Our initial solicitor left the firm, so the work was concluded by another professional. All has been completed to our satisfaction.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Paige enough! She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home. She kept us updated, always stayed in contact and was extremely helpful in chasing other people when things needed to be pushed along. She explained everything clearly whenever there was something we didn’t quite understand, which made such a difference as first time buyers! She was always so helpful and professional and we felt like we were in safe hands from start to finish. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we really appreciated all the hard work she put in to getting us into our first home. We couldn’t fault her or the service we received. A very caring solicitors who went above and beyond to settle a family estate and bring it to closure, very efficient and the customer care was absolutely brilliant I can thoroughly recommend them , an old established family solicitors who have a keen edge and a powerful thrust in this modern age. The service that we received from Paige was excellent. She was supportive and considerate, never failing to reply quickly and patient and reassuring when answering our numerous questions. Paige kept us fully informed of the progress on our sale and subsequent purchase.
One or two spellings of forenames and surnames incorrect on proof draft but rectified when pointed out. Awaiting return of completed document. Overall a pleasant and stress free process and Teigan has a professional and friendly manner. I wish her all the best for the future.
