Our purchase was complicated when our original solicitors went into administration 5 months into us selling our house and buying our new home. We researched firms with offices within our area and saw Elliot Mather and recognised the name immediately. I have to say the they did not disappoint. Shelly and Sally were absolutely amazing and from start to finish, we were kept updated at each stage. We could phone the office, leave a message and receive a call back to discuss anything relating to the process. Having had our initial solicitors shut down overnight was very distressing but Elliot Mather were quite simply outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure our sake, and our purchase went through without issue. I would definitely recommend them for their service, professionalism and caring manner.

We have been incredibly pleased with the service provided by Elliot Mather LLP, especially Joni Johnson. From the very beginning, Joni made the process feel personal and reassuring by arranging a greeting call to introduce themselves and talk us through what to expect. This small touch made a big difference and helped us feel comfortable, supported and in safe hands from the start. We also had a tight deadline of under 3 months to complete our purchase, as our mortgage agreement was due to expire but the team worked quickly and efficiently to help make this possible, keeping things moving and doing everything they could to progress the transaction within the timeframe. Buying a house can be stressful, but the communication, professionalism and care we received made the process feel much more manageable. Carmen dealt with our property purchase and was excellent at keeping us informed every step of the way. She was proactive and not reactive, which I think is rare to find with a Solicitor. She told us clearly what she needed from us at every point during the purchase so there was never a moment I felt confused.
