I felt I paid a phenomenal amount for very little support and guidance. I did not feel my interests were best represented or that I was being looked out for and guided and even had to rewrite some documentation due to wording that would upset the respondent and promote disagreements and spelling errors. I am still not confident the final outcome was best and wish I had represented myself

Moved over mid-sale owing to poor performance from previous solicitors. Very happy with the thorough and prompt service we've received from Lyons Bowe.

Overall good service. Don’t like the “everyone has a job” once a task is completed it moves to a different team for the next stage, it’s at this point there seems to be a delay in handover and when someone is away needs to be looked at.

Really great communication and always prompt to respond. Handled everything really professionally and very thorough in dealing with contracts and enquiries. Also highly recommend paying extra to use their app, keeps you updated on progress. Generally excellent service.

Good solicitors - very straight to the point and lay out exactly what they need from you. Quick at replying in the early stages when they’re building your case and extremely good the rest of the time throughout! App is very helpful to track what you’ve done and what major steps are left before completion.

Connie has been excellent, such a help with chasing vendors solicitors. She's very quick to reply, very clear on what the next steps are and has been an absolute asset.

Started well but it's been terrible since being passed to the completion team. They have not returned my many calls despite voicemails left and are slow to answer urgent emails. There have also been several errors in paperwork we were sent. When pointed out they failed to check the error hasn't been replicated on documents sent to us or the copies sent to other parties.

Had an outstanding experience with the team at the Cheltenham office. Paul Lyons and his team are incredibly responsive and always go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and cost effectively.

This is the second time I have used Sarah Evans at Lyons Bowe (third if you count when a buyer pulled out and did the same to two other properties). Although I have only just exchanged and soon to complete on my sale, I have found Sarah to be incredibly efficient and very friendly and helpful, needless to say she is my preferred solicitor for any conveyancing! I would highly recommend her and the onboarding team who are also very efficient! Thank you Sarah and team!!
