Really good service all round
We were recommended this solicitor for our property purchase by my sister and the experience did not disappoint. The onboarding experience was smooth and easy. We were buying and selling a house at the same time. The portal was easy to use and allowed us to supply all information digitally. We were fully onboarded by Delanie Robinson and her team way quicker than other parties in the chain. Our main case handler Geraldine Van Zyl was always proactive and easy to reach when needed. She kept us calm when our chain was at risk of falling apart. Our completion was handled by Maddie Coles and she again was excellent at communicating with us about our final days before the move. Overall our experience with this firm was very positive and a breath of fresh air compared with the solicitors we used previously. All the pricing was transparent and fair and everything handled with a high degree of professionalism.
