Received an email asking me to sign and also my bank statements and account details. I thought it was a scam! Contacted solicitors who never got back to me about why they needed this information. Eventually I managed to speak to someone who said they didn’t actually this but it’s sent out automatically. I still continued to be sent these emails asking me to sign etc. Really poor communication and service.

Paige was great throughout the whole process , regardless of how many time I asked the same thing I got a pleasant fast response. No legal Jargon just down to earth honest answers. She got my sale and purchase through in less than 4 months considering UK average for a straight purchase no chain is 4 months I cannot complain 100% would use her and the service again.

Used for both purchase and sale at same time. Both went through but that’s all I can say. Overall poor service, poor communication, not very responsive and very slow. We have only just received some documents through now - almost 1 year after completion. I would not use again.

Prompt and efficient, The task was completed on the same day in a professional and congenial manner. The only quibble would be the cost but this is outwith Becca’s control. I have no problem recommending her .

I received some good advice regarding a dispute with my neighbours. You have to pay for your appointment upfront but it was well worth it.

In January this year I purchased a car from a dealership. The car did not meet satisfactory standards and the dealership was refusing me my consumer rights under the 30 day right to return. I contacted Pepperells and was quickly given an appointment with Leah Kelly (Associate Solicitor). Leah was amazing, she listened carefully, and understood my situation. Leah issued a Letter Before Action to the dealership, unfortunately, they didn't respond. However, Leah and her colleague Selin (Trainee Solicitor) did not give up and managed to arrange a meeting with the dealership to rectify the situation. The meeting was a success and I now have a new car I am happy with. I would highly recommend Pepperells Solicitors. Both Leah and Selin provided great service. I am extremely grateful for their assistance.

Do not use this firm , let me down and lied so many times , felt like I was doing there job for them . Very unprofessional and not very nice to clients I had to get the legal ombudsman involved
