Elle is wonderful...!
I would like to state that if I were able to offer six stars for this review then I would. Norton Peskett, Lowestoft and Elle in particular (our assigned solictior), were phenomenal from start to finish. Elle dealt with both my house sale and purchase of our new build home simultaneously. Elle is a credit to the profession. She went above and beyond to make sure we were kept in the loop and updated at all times. She always returned calls when not available and really helped us to understand some of the solicitor jargon that'll keep people awake at night. In addition, our buyers solicitors who behaved in the polar opposite manner, really made Elle's job a lot more difficult. Even then, Elle kept her cool, assured us throughout and delivered on exactly what she said she would. Elle worked extremely hard for us to be in to our dream home before Christmas and we are eternally grateful. Thank you so much Elle.
