I recently asked Emily to help me write a new will and medical and financial LPAs as I was getting a divorce. Hayley was very friendly when I met with her to talk about my dad's estate. She remembered my dad even though it had been years I think since she met with him. She sat and talked with me about my dad, remembering things he had said and listened to me talk about him. She was so professional but also really kind and I liked her straight away. After the initial meeting, the rest of my contact with Glover Priest was via email and phone. I mainly dealt with Hayley or Elaine. Both ladies always responded promptly and didn't mind when I got anxious about stuff and were always available if I needed anything. It meant so, so much to me that Hayley remembered my dad and I'm really grateful to her. It felt like the final link to my dad somehow. I would recommend Glover Priest to anyone. I would highly recommend this team! I received excellent support throughout my Transfer of Equity and remortgage process.
