I approached GloverPriest Solicitors to ask them to do a will, it was a complicated request as I belong to a blended family and wanted to distribute my assets evenly. Emily Williscroft was professional, knowledgeable, very patient with me went above and beyond to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Professional team with great legal knowledge helped me to go smooth through process of probation and Will. Recommend to use for any other legal services.
Currently starting the legal process of buying and selling and was comparing quotes, spoke to a lady from GloverPriest called Amy. She was very helpful and even offered to look at quotes which I had received from different companies to find out if there was any hidden costs they hadn’t outlined which I took her up on. She was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed, on this basis I chose to go with GloverPriest. Have used them previously and they were very good!

The team at Glover priest Wellingborough have been fantastic. I have used them 3 times now for a first house purchase, the subsequent sale of that house and purchase of the next one. They have always been responsive, happy to pick up the phone to clarify anything, and have acted extremely swiftly and diligently on all three occasions. Even though I'm moving out the area where they're based, I'd still use their services in future and would recommend them highly.

Kimberley and Harmandeep professionally and helpfully completed the conveyancing on the sale of our family home. My brother and I were acting as POAs for a parent who had moved to a Care home. The most difficult situation occurred as we were due to exchange contracts requiring an expedited exchange and completion. Harmandeep worked efficiently to ensure the sale went through in a few days. Supposed to phone me on a Tuesday, heard nothing, they phoned the following week on a Wednesday when I was at work, so was a missed call,I phoned them that afternoon said they woul get solicitor to phone me back but it may be tomorrow,I said that's fine, one week later still no call so I phoned again,they apologized,said they woul get her to call me, another week gone by nothing so I went to the office, all locked up and message saying they are only taking phone appointments, so I phoned again,still waiting for that call back another 2 weeks later,had to seek advice from another solicitor.

The biggest hurdle in conveyancing for us was the initial communication , we would have appreciated a welcome meeting to outline the process / introduce each other as it can be confusing for ftb in the very beginning.
