reason for two stars for GloverPriest Solicitors is poor communication ! and the whole process took way to long .It wasnt until Chloe Trueman took over did things move fast and communication was perfect ! at the very beginning of this whole process i should have been given a complete list of everything i needed to provide .and not asked for towards the end ! i had a 3 week period where i sent emails asking for updates and i got no reply ! if im paying for a service its not my problem if your company has staff issues ! its very unprofessional to keep your customers in the dark about what is going on . A massive thank you to Chloe Trueman you have been fist class !

We used Glover Priest for a recent house purchase. We dealt mainly with Andrew and Trina. Andrew and the team were quick to spot some issues with incomplete planning permission and ensured that this was completely resolved before completion and we were protected from a significant risk. This took some notable patience and diplomacy with the sellers solicitors who often proved to be uncommunicative and stubborn. We'd like to thank Andrew and the team for sticking with what turned out to be a unnecessarily long process. We would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

Literally was dreading this house move as heard horror stories about solicitors but wow, what a great team at Glovers Lichfield.
