Our fisrts purchase was going through but we did have some concerns and after doing some research we found that the information was incorrect so we had to pull out of the sale ,not sure why it was not picked up by solicitors. When we completed the sale of the second property we were sent the bill via email which nearly made us ill as we believed they had over charged us by a large amount but not sure how much , we immediately called the office ,it was 4.30pm & we were told there was no one to deal with it at present ,I asked if she could just look at the bill to verify the mistake but would not ,so after a sleepless night we received an email next morning saying please find ammended bill ,no apology no personal phone call which I would have expected as they had over charged us by over £16,000. The sale was completed in July 2025 but we didnt respond until we had all the paperwork ,land registry ect which we received last month. On the whole not the best experience. Laura was pleasant but not available at lot of the time and we had to communicate with other staff which became frustrating at times. I do think the whole process of buying & selling houses across the country needs reviewing as its such a long winded, expensive & frustrating process

Outstanding service, I used Glover Priest in 2017 for a property transfer and contacted them again in 2019 to remove a restriction on the same property. I got through to Trina Oneill who was very helpful and arranged to get restriction removed with no fees involved and with no additional paperwork from myself. Brilliant service, will use them again.

Stephanie and Cristina were fantastic throughout the purchase process. They gave clear advice and instructions on what was needed and by when. I mainly emailed them and they replied promptly and professionally and the odd times that needed a direct phone call they and the other staff (when Stephanie and Cristina weren’t available) were great to deal with. The price paid for their conveyancing service was competitive too. Will definitely recommend and use again if a need arises.
