Our fisrts purchase was going through but we did have some concerns and after doing some research we found that the information was incorrect so we had to pull out of the sale ,not sure why it was not picked up by solicitors. When we completed the sale of the second property we were sent the bill via email which nearly made us ill as we believed they had over charged us by a large amount but not sure how much , we immediately called the office ,it was 4.30pm & we were told there was no one to deal with it at present ,I asked if she could just look at the bill to verify the mistake but would not ,so after a sleepless night we received an email next morning saying please find ammended bill ,no apology no personal phone call which I would have expected as they had over charged us by over £16,000. The sale was completed in July 2025 but we didnt respond until we had all the paperwork ,land registry ect which we received last month. On the whole not the best experience. Laura was pleasant but not available at lot of the time and we had to communicate with other staff which became frustrating at times. I do think the whole process of buying & selling houses across the country needs reviewing as its such a long winded, expensive & frustrating process

Rhys Moss and his conveyancing team recently helped me for redeem my help to buy loan and do remortgage my house. During last month as regards all interest rate gone up I was in really frustrating situation, It was short time to finish the process and start my new mortgage offer with good interest rate, which if I loose the time I should get really high interest rate on new mortgage offer, I didn’t really expect he can finish all process in really short time, but he did. He is the best. The service was swift, professional and complete and the fact he was contactable and helpful made things all very easy. We hired Phoebe Tracey for our purchase of a property and it’s been 8 months she is so late she don’t reply emails nor attend calls. Because of her our first mortgage expired and we had to do second one paid more funds for mortgage. And still she is doing nothing.
