Over the past 45 years the firm has grown from a one man band to what is now a large regional law firm employing over 230 staff across 17 offices throughout Yorkshire. We offer the broadest suite of legal services in the region and are very much embedded in the communities in which we have offices. Whilst some of the growth has been facilitated through acquiring other smaller firms, most has been organic as a consequence of clients recommending us or returning for additional services.

Faye and Joanne where great they handled our case very well and got the job done, in the end it had to be done quickly as our mortgage offer was about to run out, but they still got it done for us. Would use again and would recommend.

Samuel and Khansa acted for us on the sale of my dad's house and the purchase of an apartment. They were always immediately available when I wanted to speak with them, no matter how often that was. They were very helpful and gave clear information throughout. Although there were some bumps in the road these were dealt with swiftly and professionally which is all one can ask for. I would recommend them and use them again.
A brilliant experience from start to completion with Ison Harrison Solicitors Bingley. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. A special mention about Sonia, i’ve never experienced a solicitor be so fast with replying to emails and chasing queries for us. We had quite a difficult chain and without having Sonia in our corner completion would have been a lot later down the line!
Worse than I could ever have imagined. I had to teach them United Kingdom law on two occasions simply to remove their dark allusions. I received no apology, not even an acknowledgement. And they ignore both physical and digital communications. And among their few replies are, ahem, words that are strangers to the truth. And they cannot even arrange a simple, entirely legal, bank transfer without chaos and confusion.
Would give 0 stars if I could. The worst customer experience we have ever encountered. Ignored phone calls and emails, poor advice, and a deep lack of professionalism throughout. Thankfully our case was eventually passed onto a solicitor in the Bingley branch who actually cared about the service she provided and we have now been given a partial refund. The solicitor and his assistant we were unfortunate enough to be allocated to originally at the Harrogate branch were an absolute disgrace.
Very professional and proactive service from Daniel Kenworthy. Highlighted his ability to call on his network and was able to meet a very tight deadline. Would highly recommend this firm and this branch in particular.

I couldn't have asked for a better solicitor when buying my home. Tanya was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. What could have been a very stressful process was made completely stress-free thanks to her expertise and calm, reassuring approach. I have now had the pleasure of buying and selling a property through Ison's - on both accounts their team, structure and process have been outstanding. While other firms are [rightly] criticised for online platforms, lack of communication, and a whole range of ambiguity around stages and processes, from the off both Tyler and Nefisa have provided a service that has surpassed my expectations by a considerable margin. Emails receive almost instant replies, updates are available and ready at hand, communication is fantastic and nothing ever feels like you are asking too much - this is, in my opinion, the definition of exceptional service, you feel at the forfront of their considerations. Where challenges or delays do arise, these are clearly conveyed to you with updated timeframes and parameters whilst maintaining realistic timings and expectations. I could not have hoped for two easier transactions - to anyone searching for a good, reliable solicitor(s) for any conveyancing needs, your search has come to an end - instruct Ison's, they are excellent. [As a note, I could not find Tyler Lewis under the selection below, as they have been the central point of contact, please ensure this feedback is recognised within their report, they were exceptional].

Straightforward will...done and dusted in ONE visit including completing same and showing me a copy...all IN the one visit.
Would just like to share my appreciation to Ison Harrison of Skipton, Particularly Julie and her team. The process was not easy from start to finish with one thing and another, but Julie was always on the ball and ahead of the game. She kept me up to date with developments and kept up communication with the estate agents as well. Incredibly easy to get hold of in comparison to other Solicitors I have used before, and should I ever decide to move again (unlikely) I will be using Julie without a second thought.

I used Ison Harrison for a Clinical negligence claim in Leeds which was initially started when I was a minor. Lucy Wells has been a fantastic help, keeping myself informed about the legal process, insurance policy and regular updates through what has been an extremely long process. Communication both on the phone and email have been regular and informative. I would highly recommend Lucy as a solicitor.
The conveyancing team, Leashia and Sarah, we're first class. A difficult chain made easier by their speed in answering all queries and dealing with payments. Leashia even called us on completion day whilst she was on holiday to check everything was OK, as Sarah extremely competently handled all matters in her absence. 5 star team!
