I used Talbots following a car accident. Hollie has been exceptional proving 1st class service. She explained how the process worked, kept me up to take gave me reassurance when needed and ultimately got me a satisfactory outcome. There are so many adverts from the large national companies to tempt us. I would however recommend anyone needing assistance after an accident to use a local firm. Talbots is based locally and so knows the needs of local people. With professionals who have Hollies experience you can’t go wrong. I would highly recommend Talbots and especially Hollie North.

In all aspects of my claim, I was kept informed and aware of how the case was going and the positive outcome. Megan Poyser (my main contact throughout) was also very understanding and compassionate about my health state. Would definitely recommend Tinsdills to others.

From my initial meeting with Paul, he explained everything fully about the process i would need to go through for my claim. I tripped on a hole on a pavement walking to town. I injured both wrists face and knees quite badly. My son persuaded me to contact a no win no fee solicitor but I thought it would be too much hassle as I was feeling poorly..so glad I made the phone call to Tinsdills. From the first phone call I felt really reassured that they would handle everything and I had no need to worry. That is exactly what they did.they kept me in touch with every step in a very kindly manner and nothing felt to small or trivial. I can't recommend Megan highly enough and anyone else I spoke to about any concerns I had about the case..

I have zero knowledge of the legal system and I was constantly kept up to date and procedures were explained thoroughly to me. The service provided was exceptional and I would and will always highly recommend using this company and especially ask for Helen as she is one of the most competent, efficient, knowledgeable and above all patient people I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
