Having been through two very unsatisfactory conveyances previously, I was not looking forward to going through the process again. However, my experience with Charlie was a totally different one. Charlie was very good and prompt with all communications. She or her colleague were easily contacted, I cannot recall an occasion when I wasn’t able to speak directly to either Charlie or Debbie. I don’t plan to move again but if I do I would not hesitate to engage Charlie again. AND the costs were completely comparable to those of the Estate agents promoted ‘Conveyancing Services’ as referred to above as VERY unsatisfactory. I highly recommend Charlie and her team.

Well I can’t praise Ella enough I was going through a really tough divorce very very stressful . Ella was brilliant she was with me all the way when it got tough for me she was very kind and sympathetic I nearly threw the towel in on a couple of occasions but Ella encouraged me to go on which I am delighted to say payed off , she is a credit to WGA anyone who needs a divorce lawyer I highly recommend Ella . Moving Mum from her home of nearly 50 years to a smaller property was scary and daunting for all of us - Mum, her husband, and us, her three children, but without a doubt Charlie has made this whole experience feel less daunting, we knew we were in safe hands right from the very start of our journey. She answered all our questions, always really quickly, and in a way that we could understand. Paperwork requirements were always clear, and underlying all of this, all the legal necessary side of things (which were absolutely faultless) was a warm friendliness, a caring approach, and for that we are so grateful. We cannot recommend highly enough, Charlie you were fantastic, and in a weird way we will miss your emails!!!!

Jackie is very experienced and knowledgeable. I had complete faith and trust that her advice and guidance were always in my best interests. There were several major bumps throughout the buying process from missing building regulations through to a burst pipe in the property, which caused significant delays. If it could go wrong, it did go wrong, but she was supportive and showed kindness and empathy throughout. Buying a new home is stressful and nail biting, but I really couldn’t have done it without her help, knowledge, expertise and support. I am so grateful and I can’t recommend her enough. It seems strange not picking up the phone to her on a daily basis to discuss the latest catastrophe.
