I honestly cannot thank Diane and Alexandra enough for the support they have given me during an incredibly difficult and stressful time. Financial proceedings are overwhelming at the best of times, but throughout the process they have treated me with kindness, patience and understanding, while always remaining professional and honest with me. What has stood out most is that I have never felt like I was simply another case to them. They have genuinely gone above and beyond to help me, particularly in the lead-up to my final hearing. There were times when I was extremely worried and overwhelmed, and their help made a situation that felt impossible much more manageable. Used MSB when I bought my house and using them 12 years later to sell, best in Liverpool. This solicitor has been representing the seller of a property I am purchasing, and I have been shocked at their incompetence. They've caused serious delays in our process, originating from giving the vendor incorrect advice at the beginning of the process. Even simple things like including a correct list of attachments to emails which they have listed they can't do. Abismal.

Would not take on a child abuse case last year. Took all my funding writing letters. It came to getting Legal aid. I wad told i needed proof of demestics. My 15 year old was battard by her mum. Not enough to get legal aid. Now im being told child abuse is enough to get legal aid. So why was it not enough last year when we could of stopped further harm being caused. Waste of time
