    I have instructed Karen Woods of Russell and Russell to undertake legal work on the sale and purchase of many properties for myself, family and clients over many years and have always been pleased by her level of service and charges. Although on line conveyancers can be a little cheaper, I find having a local conveyancer, with an office to drop paperwork in to, is a huge advantage and worth paying a little more for. I have used on line conveyancers before but invariably have disappointed me.

      Rebecca Hodge is a credit to your firm and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was the first (and hopefully only!) time I've used a solicitor for a personal injury claim and I was very happy with the outcome. Being new to legal matters some of the letters could be a bit scary as its not something I've had to understand before. Rebecca was brilliant at explaining everything in an honest, friendly and professional manner. I will be recommending the firm to others, especially thanks to Rebecca.       Russell and Russell were, without doubt, the most disappointing solicitors I have ever dealt with. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to think carefully before proceeding. The entire process appeared poorly managed, with important tasks repeatedly left until the last minute, resulting in unnecessary stress and delays. There seemed to be little accountability when mistakes were made, and the level of customer service was extremely poor throughout.
