    A complicated move made easy

    I can’t sing Michele and the teams praises enough. There were a few curveballs thrown our way and no matter what Michele and Adina had an answer. They were responsive and helped with any silly questions I may have had. I heard lots of horror stories about solicitors when I decided I was buying my first home but the team at Russel and Russel were the opposite of this. Thank You!

    I had initially instructed another firm of solicitors, but unfortunately they went insolvent after just six weeks, leaving my case in limbo at a critical time. I was working to a very tight deadline to complete the transfer of equity and was understandably feeling stressed and concerned that everything would fall through.     Russell and Russell were without a doubt the worse solicitors I've used to re-mortgage, their communication was non existent and the mortgage was dragged out so long we had to request the lender to extend the offer despite me emailing the solicitors several times asking what else they needed. They left everything to the last second.
