My lawyers was very knowledgeable, they won my case with ease, and kept me informed every step of the way. Samantha was amazing and nothing was to much trouble. This law firm put so much emphasis on making you feel relaxed and calm. I had little to no knowledge of law and it was explained in laymans terms and translated with ease. If you are an anxious person and you lack the basics of law, then this is absolutely the law firm to trust. I can not put into words how grateful I am to receive this level of customer service. They genuinely treat you like family from the start of the process to the very end. If 6 stars was an option it would have been 6. Incredible service and I would easily recommend them. Jenny, her team and everyone else we dealt with had the upmost professionalism regarding our conveyancing. Even the vendor estate agents remarked on how efficient and communicative BLJ are. The portal is an amazing feature and I would recommend conveyancing with BLJ to anyone.
