Communication was extremely poor. Was told multiple times it was 48 hours response time yet I had many occasions it took over a week and had to get our mortgage advisor to chase it up for us. Added a lot of stress to an already stressful situation.

Mistake after mistake No deed of trust completed No bank info completed on the completion statement Ellie is un contactable and at times rude as if I’m wasting my time when it’s her who’s making the mistakes David picked the case up and credit to him got it moving Double counted the mortgage cash back which means I’m now out of pocket for 250 Poor customer service and attention to detail

Very personable and efficient in handling my deceased Mother’s house sale
We appointed BLJ (Maghull Branch), to carry out the conveyancing on a recent purchase. The service we received from inception to completion was first class. We would like to thank in particular Rachael Webster and Natasha Shaw, for all of their hard work and pro-active approach, to ensure that we 'got over the line' with the purchase. They were professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Both Rachael and Natasha kept us informed at every stage and were totally focused to ensure inquiries/queries were dealt with as a matter of urgency. We have used BLJ on a number of occasions and would not hesitate in using them again in the future, or recommending family and friends. Rachael and Natasha are a true asset to BLJ and were superb.
