    Very reliable and easy to communicate with

    We are nearing the end of this process of selling and buying now, only the LTT refund to be settled, but this has gone very well to date, all delays down to change of buyers part way through selling. Gamlins professionalism is really down to the staff at the firm and I have nothing but praise for them

    What can I say, I thought buying a house was ment to be stressful. Not with Melissa and Emma. At no point was I thinking about chasing to see how things were going. Wish the sellers solicitors were even 10% as good. If you’re looking for stress free conveyancing look no further!       We don't know if these solicitors are good or not because they won't respond to us. We have emailed twice, no response. Rang them, no answer until yesterday when they eventually answered but then put us through to someone's voicemail who also hasn't rang us back. So we will take our business elsewhere and advise our friends to do the same!
