Excellent and speedy service for Wills & 2 LPA's each for my wife and I. I was introduced to the firm by the National Free Wills Service via a charity I wished to support. I had an initial appointment with Laurel Martin where we had an informal chat about my circumstances and my wishes and ideas for how I want my estate distributed after my death. Laurel was able to advise and guide me through the process, particularly on matters I had not considered. My will was drawn up and sent to me to check the details after which I had another meeting with Laurel to sign the documents and have them witnessed. The whole process took just over a couple of weeks (partly because I was away for a few days) and I am very pleased with the service I received.

We don't know if these solicitors are good or not because they won't respond to us. We have emailed twice, no response. Rang them, no answer until yesterday when they eventually answered but then put us through to someone's voicemail who also hasn't rang us back. So we will take our business elsewhere and advise our friends to do the same!
