Truly excellent support. I was told that I would be supported to sell my property as quickly as possible. This was true to their word. The house sell took unexpectedly over 10 months to come to fruition and I was supported through the emotional turmoil. Excellent solicitor that you can feel confident in. I’m very grateful to them.

I initially went into the Truro office where I was taken into a private room, they made notes of my case and put me in touch with the appropriate solicitor. This first point of customer service was very different and more professional than any introduction I had with other law firms. I went for a consultation with Ben in Penzance, he was honest and gave clear guidance and options moving forward. It was refreshing not to feel forced into taking the legal route as a primary action for the benefit of the case. I left feeling confident that if I exhaust the other options that I have strong legal representation to turn to. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Lianne recently handled a sale and purchase for us. We had non stop issues with our buyers solicitors and various other issues with the property we were purchasing.
