Absolutely amazing experience. Lottie was very knowledgeable, always approachable and understanding throughout the whole process and she is an expert with first-time buyers. She was on hand when I needed her and she was brilliant at keeping us updated throughout the whole process. We cannot thank her enough - she was absolutely exemplary throughout. If you are a first time buyer and you are looking for a really good solicitor to talk you through things and to make the experience as painless as possible, Lottie is the person to have in your corner because she will explain things in a way that you can understand and she takes time to make sure that you understand everything that is required throughout the whole process . She is absolutely brilliant at answering emails and will ask you if you want to chat on the phone if you need to also.
