They could have easily turned me away, but they didn’t, instead they worked ferociously for five years on my case, booking appointments for me in London gathering expert opinions, having face to face and online meetings with me, keeping me up to date, and also explaining things clearly whenever I didn’t understand (which was often!). Jen Law was extremely helpful, proactive, professional and friendly in dealing with my matter, and the desired outcome was fully achieved. With the current health situation, plus the fact that I am abroad, it was brilliant to be able to handle the entire matter by email.
