    On the whole, a great experience. The occasional reminder of important events about to happen would be useful. They were always in the letters but in the deluge of information they can be easily be missed.

    I found the whole process stressful. All of our house documents were lost which obviously did not help matters. However I do think the purchasers solicitors were exceptionally slow with held up things.

      Complete Peace of Mind!

      I cannot recommend Phoebe and Frettons highly enough. Property transactions can be stressful, but her incredible attention to detail made the entire process easy. Phoebe managed a difficult situation withers, proving her integrity. I was particularly impressed by her proactive communication, as she efficiently kept me updated.
