I would definitely recommend Redkite solicitors. Staff from reception to the legal beavers are all very professional. The pictures on the walls of the old Gorseinon are lovely as well. And even at Christmas time they put up a beautiful Christmas tree 🎄. Always a joy to get to do business with them.

Expect your bill to be 3x their estimate. For work they didn’t tell you they were going to carry out without your permission. They didn’t let me know they had spent all the money on account and then all of a sudden my bill was more than double .. They then charged me an additional 1k for reading an email asking for a further quote on another task for reviewing files without my consent. Absolutely heartbreaking to be honest. Adding more stress to my already heartbreakingly stressful situation. I genuinely wish I never got in contact with them.

What seemed to be a simple sale of land and a renewal of a lease was turning into a nightmare sinareo. However when the files were taken over by Lucy Hollis, that all changed. From our initial meeting in the Carmarthen office Lucy betray a highly friendly professionalism manner that restored confidence in ourselves and the firm of "Red Kite " that the matters were going to be resolved and completed. I would strongly advise avoiding this firm for any property purchase. I was told 2–3 months, it took 7 months, and the whole process was chaotic and poorly managed. At one point I was days away from losing my mortgage offer due to their delays, and even completion was left to the last minute because “missing documents” were only noticed very late. Hannah, who handled my case, was rude and unhelpful throughout, which made an already stressful situation worse. Also, I had to change the boiler 1month after the purchase for her mistake. I can write a lecture of what I’ve been through from this firm and the lady I mentioned. If you want a smooth property purchase, go elsewhere. If you want stress and constant issues, this is the place!
