I cannot recommend Rebekka Hayles highly enough. Dealing with probate can be an incredibly difficult and overwhelming experience, but Rebekka has been wonderful throughout. She is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and approachable, and has a way of making complicated matters feel much more manageable. I honestly couldn’t recommend Rebecca and Abi enough! As a first-time buyer, I was terrified, had a million questions and my seller’s side didn’t make things easy, but they were both amazing throughout. They were always friendly, helpful and quick to respond, and genuinely seemed as invested in my purchase as I was, I never felt like another job on the desk. They chased the seller’s side for updates as if it were their own home they were buying. Abi hand delivered my documents on her lunch breaks, and went through any questions I had brilliantly, no questions were silly questions. Rebecca kept me updated on what was happening throughout the entire process, I never had to pester her for updates, she was on it constantly-I really couldn’t have asked for anything more from either of them. So grateful to them both for helping me get the keys to my first home, and have recommended them to so many already! ❤️
