    I was initially exceedingly disappointed in the way my late mother’s estate was being administered. My late father’s estate was administered by Gepp and it was dealt with professionally and effiently. but on this occasion they fell short of their prior expertise. My expectation was that Danny Carter , as before, would deal with the estate but it was handed to a trainee. After several mistakes were made I sent in a complaint and the estate was then administered by Julie Flight, with whom I have no issues. She has been very professional and efficient. I would, however , have reservations about using Gepp again. Their fees are expensive and accordingly I would expect excellent service. Initially it was not forthcoming.

      Absolutely amazing

      You hear a lot of horror stories about solicitors, but George was actually the best person we worked with through this whole experience. He always responded promptly and was happy to help guide my partner and I through the process. He took the time to explain things to us when needed and answered all of our questions. Our chain completed incredibly quickly (2months!) and George was a big part in making that happen.

      We used this firm to sell my late mother's house. Less than 5 minutes from estate agent calling to say it was sold Chris sent the paperwork over. The buyer subsequently pulled out and when a new buyer was found this was handled by Gamze. Gamze did a brilliant job. There were some delays/problems with the buyer finding the deposit, but Gamze kept us in the loop not just via email but also by calling me and my sister. Their rates were similar to other conveyancers. Gamze responded to any questions very promptly and provided a first class service. We were very very impressed.
