Prompt and efficient and helpful, also easy to communicate with
Thank you for your feedback, Hazel. We’re pleased you found our service efficient, helpful and easy to communicate with.
Would give lower if I could, I had nothing but trouble and massive fees from this company regarding my divorce. I was made to feel embarrassed by my questions and the pay schedule was not transparent, one the first meeting with this company I was heavily encouraged to pay for their divorce package, this was extremely premature and I was not advised well. I did complain and was refunded a very small amount and got an apology, but I feel a review is needed for others to be warned. Jessica Jones was the solicitor I had issues with. Stay away if you want my advise.
