Bridget was passed on to my case last minute as the original solicitor could not make it , she helped me at magistrates court in Newport.. my case was then handed back to the original person who was supposed to do it... I was really unsure of this, I have awful anxiety and was really concerned my case was going to be sent straight to prison I was already on a suspended sentence and now sent back to crown court with another new solicitor but Bridget actually took on my case hands on after meeting me and assured me she would be there to help me in crown court. She certainly kept to her word and managed to keep me out of prison amazinginly the judge listened to her and agreed without the fantastic representation of miss Bridget I may not have been so lucky to have left the courts that day. Bridget was very understanding of my case I was sooo worried after having so many previous charges but she was amazing in her work and thoroughly represented me to the best she could. She is assertive and down to earth a lovely lady which I believe has full passion and dedication to her job. Highly recommended

I was able to make an appointment quickly, and was given clear options going forward. Approach was thoroughly professional and empathetic from Mark Kessler who was clearly very experienced. I chose an option he was slightly hesitant to recommend given the additional costs and probable outcome. I was delighted that the tactic worked in my particular case. At all times I felt empowered but also clearly guided about potential consequences. Overall, a very positive and professional experience in a somewhat stressful situation. I was impressed with the swiftness with which actions were taken.

Was so worried all weekend but as soon as spoke to Lewis was put at ease and was amazing. It’s been a really rough year for me and getting into trouble though drink is not the way. I’m moving on my hopefull of the future now and Lewis has helped me. Thanks so much

I couldn’t thank Lucy enough for the help she gave me in court and outside of court. She supported me mentally and physically through the whole trial. She never gave me any false hope she gave me confidence and helped me feel calm about the situation! Anybody who has Lucy in future best believe me your in the best hands possible she is amazing at what she does and I couldn’t thank her enough she really is a life saver. I would never use these again I said for 6 months my stuff was taken illegally which I now have an apology for and that I want to plead not guilty but I was pressured by some old fella to plead guilty and asked me if I have autism look at yourself mate. When he later admitted he had no idea on social media harassment and apologised to me but the damage is done. Poor solicitors and if you use legal aid they will work with the government to convict you
Made an appointment with Michael Flaherty to help me take out a private prosecution against a firm of solicitors that had stolen £90,000 from my client account and produced fraudulent documents to HMRC and SRA to the sum of £120,000+VAT. I was informed that a average private prosecution would cost me between 30-40 hours of time, by my estimates approximately £12,000 plus disbursements. After waiting 4 weeks for Michael Flaherty conclusion to what I believe to be extremely good evidence he informed me that it would now cost me about £50,000, approximately 165 hours of his time plus disbursements, if he had told me this in the first place I would have never had made an appointment. His advice was I need to take advice from a barrister. Michael Flaherty advice cost me £2,409.00, thank you for your words of wisdom Michael Flaherty.
Would like to say a massive thank you to Ivor ash and Bridget O'Hagan for there superb customer service dealing with my criminal matters. Supportive in understanding me as a person who's suffered with difficulty in my past life ,they were really helpful and made a stressful time more pleasant so thank you. Definitely recommend without a doubt any more issues I will certainly be contacting these guys again.

At the Gosport branch you will be met by friendly and professional staff from reception all the way to Matthew himself. From the moment Madaline took over my case, I finally felt like I was in safe hands. She was thrown in at the deep end, but she was organised, proactive, and completely on the ball. She quickly got to grips with everything, kept me informed, and gave me confidence that I could trust her to fight for me. Unfortunately, my experience with the first solicitor at this firm who handled my case was very different. After six months, I felt like I had got nowhere. There were several mistakes, communication was poor, they spent a lot of time out of the office and passing my case around to various other people whilst away on holidays this was the majority of the time. I found the whole experience incredibly frustrating and lost my trust. Madaline completely turned things around. She restored my confidence, worked tirelessly on my case, and I genuinely felt she was fighting for me every step of the way. Her professionalism, dedication, and compassion have made all the difference, and I can’t thank her enough. She is a real credit to the firm. I gave 4 stars only because of my beginning experience with this firm if I had had Madaline the whole way through it would have been a solid 5 stars. I absolutely would recommend her to anyone going forward she was down to earth, kind and I’m very grateful for her compassion towards my situation.
