Solicitor Review I cannot thank my solicitor enough for everything she has done for me and my family. Going through the process of fighting to get my children back was one of the most difficult and emotional experiences I have ever faced. There were times when I felt completely overwhelmed and unsure of what the outcome would be, but throughout it all, my solicitor remained supportive, professional and determined. She worked incredibly hard on my case and always made sure that my voice was heard. She took the time to understand my situation, explained things clearly to me, and fought tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for my children and me. What I appreciated most was that she never made me feel like just another case. She understood how important my children were to me and showed genuine compassion throughout the entire process. Her knowledge, dedication and attention to detail gave me confidence at a time when I really needed it. Thanks to her hard work and commitment, I am now in a position where I have my children back in my life, and I will forever be grateful for that. I cannot thank my solicitor, Beverley Gent, enough for her absolute dedication and professionalism. She took on my divorce case in 2021 after two previous solicitors had completely let me down. The other firms found my case far too complicated and simply could not be bothered to put the work in, but Beverley stepped up and saw it through until the very end. A special thank you must also go to her wonderful secretary, Sinead Gilbert, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process, keeping me updated and handling everything so efficiently.It has been a long, stressful, and incredibly complicated road, but they never gave up on me. When Beverley personally phoned me to tell me that the Decree Absolute had finally come through, it was the biggest relief. Beverley and Sinead were the only ones who truly stood by me, managed the complexities flawlessly, and delivered the result I needed. I can't thank Leanne and my barrister enough for all their help and support throughout my case. They were incredibly supportive, listened to me and believed in me when I needed it most. Just want to say if anyone needs any family legal advice or suggestions for a family solicitor use Sarah Coates. She is really good at her job and on the ball I couldn't of done it with her. I called them with reference a divorce, and because it had kids and property connected, I was told 'Sorry, not something we can help with' Solicitors hmmmm ????
Called solicitors on the 2/7/24 to ask if a form could be signed for my new GPGC registration, and all completed by the lovely Megan Gibb - solicitor on the 3/7. Great service. Highly recommend there company.

My solicitor was Beverley Gent, I had a 13 month court case which was extremely stressful, Beverley was always there to answer any questions, was so friendly to deal with, would put me at ease and I could tell that she wanted the best for me. I would definitely recommend Beverley to anyone looking for a solicitor and can't thank her enough for the help she gave me.

We met and spoke to Matthew Cummings at the Fareham Branch to discuss new wills. He was extremely friendly but remained professional at all times. He outlined what he would do and asked us to check draft copies of the wills when they were ready. We subsequently had a telephone conversation with Matthew when all our questions were answered and a few days later, went back to sign our new wills. We were very satisfied with all communications.

I have been accused of harassment by friends of 5 years. It got to the point where they involved the police and I was asked to attend a voluntary interview. Hannah Jones turned up, looking assured and confident. That put me at ease straight away. We had a short debrief and then the interview commenced. Whilst Hannah di not have too much in the way of input, I could tell she was most certainly paying attention and would steer me on course if I strayed. At the end, she did make a comment that made me laugh, as did the interviewing police officer, about this whole sorry affair. Hannah made sure I was protected throughout. When we left, Hannah commented that in most cases, the honest truth was not always the best option, but Hannah indicated that I had been refreshingly honest throughout. There have been some follow up actions and Hannah has been prompt and professional in all her responses. I was having a mental health crises following the voluntary interview, and despite my ramblings via email, Hannah put a metaphorical reassuring hand on my shoulder. Therapy works. If I were to enter into our legal "system" ever again, I would have no hesitation to request that Hannah represented me.

Very unprofessional people that work there. There is a older woman that works there I think her name maybe Bridget. Very rude How can some someone so rude work in a law firm that goes round calling members of the public stupid.
Very grateful to this firm. I made an online enquiry and one of their lawyers called me and spent time understanding my case and considering whether it’s something they could take on. Although it wasn’t suitable, they took the time to understand and think about things providing constructive pointers. I wanted to acknowledge their kindness and professionalism with a review.
