I chose to use Churchers Solicitors after someone I knew suggested talking to them as they are local to me. They have done both my Will and POAs in the last year. I have found Hugh Calloway and the staff in Freshwater to be very helpful, accommodating, and will explain things at a level you understand. I would and have already recommended then.

I contacted Churchers Solicitors in Cowes to complete & submit LPA’s for our elderly mother. Margaret Beacham did this for us during two home visits, which was essential due to limited mobility issues, which would have made travelling to the office very difficult. The whole process was completed soon after the home visits, & we were very pleased with the work that Margaret did for us. Therefore, we would highly recommend Churchers Solicitors.

Anyone that thinks solicitors are value for money, are solicitors. Charged me for something that their other department was already charging me for. Will not use again

I'm a little late writing this review as I completed on my sale and purchase 17th September 2024. Tebo Sebitlo and his assistant Louise were amazing. They made what could have been a very stressful time much easier. I was kept informed at all times and it was lovely to feel I was in very safe and experienced hands. They were professional and helpful at all times. If you're looking for a professional and experienced firm of solicitors who have the human touch I can't recommend Churchers Solicitors enough. Thank you both

Excellent service, very helpful and professional made to feel comfortable in what was a strange situation. Outlined my options very clearly with pros and cons, the meaning each item and the effects they would have. Daniel spent the whole time ensuring my understanding and the consequences of the decisions I was about to make. I can thoroughly recommend Daniel for his patience and thoroughness during this time
From the moment Madaline took over my case, I finally felt like I was in safe hands. She was thrown in at the deep end, but she was organised, proactive, and completely on the ball. She quickly got to grips with everything, kept me informed, and gave me confidence that I could trust her to fight for me. Unfortunately, my experience with the first solicitor at this firm who handled my case was very different. After six months, I felt like I had got nowhere. There were several mistakes, communication was poor, they spent a lot of time out of the office and passing my case around to various other people whilst away on holidays this was the majority of the time. I found the whole experience incredibly frustrating and lost my trust. Madaline completely turned things around. She restored my confidence, worked tirelessly on my case, and I genuinely felt she was fighting for me every step of the way. Her professionalism, dedication, and compassion have made all the difference, and I can’t thank her enough. She is a real credit to the firm. I gave 4 stars only because of my beginning experience with this firm if I had had Madaline the whole way through it would have been a solid 5 stars. I absolutely would recommend her to anyone going forward she was down to earth, kind and I’m very grateful for her compassion towards my situation.
