The best solicitors around for a work place injury. I made a claim the evening of my accident and had a phone call from them the following morning. Kendall dealt with my claim quickly, efficiently and with care. I was always kept up with any updates during my claim. The app is also great as you can directly speak with the solicitor dealing with your case. Should I ever be unfortunate to have a work place accident again I would 100% use them. Massive thank you to Kendall.

Do not bother wasting your time with these solicitors. It has taken two years to make a claim that I fell down the stairs at work. There was no lighting or signage. It should be an easy case but they take very long and there is lack of communication and now it’s too late for me to go find a better solicitor.

A very poor service. They took far too long to deal with my case and then closed it without helping me.

I contacted them around December 2023. They said there was a high chance of success for my injury claim and made me run around including getting me seen by a doctor and asking me to get phone call list which I really had to work hard to get. Then the woman who took my case went silent. When I called her to ask if my claim was progressing she was rude and didn’t give me any information. Then after virtually no contact or update, I received a letter a few weeks back that they were not going to pursue the case any longer as there was little chance of success!
