    Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

    I used Tom at Butcher & Barlow to negotiate a commercial lease on our new premises. Despite numerous obstacles, delays and timeline pressure he responded to every email and returned every phone call within 24 hours. His guidance remained calm and resolute throughout which gave me a lot of confidence with an unfamiliar process. He was trustworthy and fair priced. So much so I have now used the company's services for will writing and employment law.

    Office Lease - Very Efficient Service

      We have used Butcher & Barlow to buy our new house and as first time buyers they have been great at explaining the whole process and also keeping us in the loop. We didnt feel the need to chase for updates as we knew they were working hard to get our house sorted and gave us plenty of updates when we did ask as we were unsure mainly due to the sellers.
