Katie and her colleagues have provided a 5 star service in conveyancing 3 properties following the death of a close relative. Katie's perseverance was unswerving in the latter stages of completion and notably far better than the buyer's conveyancing solicitor. Rates were very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in both recommending or using Straw & Pearce again.

Alan Ridler has supported me, along with a number of my colleagues, over the last 15 months through what has been one of the most challenging periods of my life. As a police officer, there is perhaps nothing more difficult than being accused of lying, particularly after 18 years of serving with what I believe has always been the highest level of integrity and a genuine desire to do the right thing for the greater good of the community. Alan’s support throughout this process has been absolutely vital. Of course, he has provided exemplary legal advice and support, together with a tenacious resolve to represent me and my colleagues properly. But what has stood out to me just as much has been the human element he has brought to the process. I had never been through anything like this before, and from the very beginning I could tell that Alan genuinely cares about the people he works with and supports. That made an enormous difference to me. Having someone I trusted completely to do the right thing by me and my colleagues was incredibly important, and played a significant part in helping me maintain my own mental health throughout what was an extremely difficult time. I believe that your hardest times can sometimes become your greatest gifts, and Alan has been a big part of that for me. What started as an incredibly challenging experience has given me a different perspective on resilience, trust and the importance of having the right people beside you when you need it most. I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Alan provided me throughout the process of this investigation. He consistently went above and beyond what I expected. The case was extremely complex but Alan coordinated everything expertly and his communication was very professional throughout.
