Katie and her colleagues have provided a 5 star service in conveyancing 3 properties following the death of a close relative. Katie's perseverance was unswerving in the latter stages of completion and notably far better than the buyer's conveyancing solicitor. Rates were very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in both recommending or using Straw & Pearce again.

Jayne, Nicky and everyone at Straw and Pearce were easy to communicate and were friendly, professional and polite when we sold our house and bought our new build house last December. There were a few difficulties due to having to change to part exchange midway through. However Jayne agreed to continue despite this for which we are very grateful. We would also like to say thank you to Catherine who stepped in at the end when Jayne was on leave. Between you all you helped to make our dream come true! Many Thanks!

I now have two conveyances with Jayne and Nicky. Both went smoothly (Land Registry speed excepted) in a very professional manner.
