    Looks like we have been deducted Management Fees for £500 incorrectly and the stamp Duty was not paid on time resulting in a fine. I know this has been accepted and you have promised to deal with it and pay the penalty but we received letters about it from HMRC which was not good. Other than that all was good although the whole process took a very long time one way or another. Thanks Julian

We would highly recommend Michaela, who was exemplary throughout our moving process. Michaela explained all enquiries to us and kept us fully informed at every stage. Michaela returned our calls/ emails, sometimes communicating with us at weekends or during the evening, so that we didn’t have to wait overnight, putting our minds at ease.       When I was in the Runcorn custody suite and first saw duty solicitor David I immediately felt like someone was on my side. Pre interview, he was amazing and extinguished my anxiety about the whole process. He was clear, concise and professional. Thankfully I was released on bail soon after the interview and a no further action to the offences was given a week later by the police. I recommend this firm and of course David who is semi retired but you cannot put a price on experience. Thank you!
