    Gabrielle was excellent throughout the whole process. She was professional, responsive and incredibly helpful, particularly as our transaction involved a Help to Buy redemption alongside a remortgage, which added a few extra layers of complexity.     Fast and professional experience

    Ben Brewer handled a recent house purchase and loan agreement and was superb throughout the whole process. He kept us promptly updated as required and worked with us to answer queries from the lender’s solicitor often suggesting to the lender’s solicitor the most time sensitive and cost effective solution. At least two of his colleagues are copied into each email to ensure that if anyone was on leave, the process was not held up by our solicitor. Accounts and payments required during the process were clearly detailed, and Ben advised us of the options and the best course of action when faced with any legal decisions. I will certainly be using Ben and his firm again for my next purchase.

      I contacted Morr & Co about a leasehold dispute with a managing agent and received a written estimate from the associate solicitor, Irina Apekisheva, of £2,750 plus VAT and disbursements for an initial review. She declined my request for a narrower first stage to keep costs down, said she couldn't estimate overall costs at this stage, and didn't answer one of my specific questions about how other routes I was already pursuing might affect the approach. Replies were prompt and polite, but I didn't find her willing to work with me on cost or scope, and I decided not to instruct the firm.
