The service I received was very good , the only criticism I have is the office which delt with case was only available for contact for 4 days of the week , which at times I required attention on a day which was unavailable.

I engaged WGA( in the human form of Lauren Dilworth!) to process the sale of a buy-to-let property my small company owned in the Downham Market area. Rumours abounded that the sale process was likely to be long and arduous. In reality, the transaction was remarkably pain-free and within an acceptable time-frame. Well I can’t praise Ella enough I was going through a really tough divorce very very stressful . Ella was brilliant she was with me all the way when it got tough for me she was very kind and sympathetic I nearly threw the towel in on a couple of occasions but Ella encouraged me to go on which I am delighted to say payed off , she is a credit to WGA anyone who needs a divorce lawyer I highly recommend Ella . Moving Mum from her home of nearly 50 years to a smaller property was scary and daunting for all of us - Mum, her husband, and us, her three children, but without a doubt Charlie has made this whole experience feel less daunting, we knew we were in safe hands right from the very start of our journey. She answered all our questions, always really quickly, and in a way that we could understand. Paperwork requirements were always clear, and underlying all of this, all the legal necessary side of things (which were absolutely faultless) was a warm friendliness, a caring approach, and for that we are so grateful. We cannot recommend highly enough, Charlie you were fantastic, and in a weird way we will miss your emails!!!!
