    I had an excellent experience with James Snell and the team at Wolferstans. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, clearly, and with genuine care. James kept me fully informed throughout the process, always explaining things in a straightforward way and making sure I understood each step. Communication was consistent and reliable, which made a big difference and took a lot of stress out of the situation. What stood out most was how approachable and responsive he was — nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and any questions I had were dealt with promptly. Overall, I felt I was in very capable hands and would have no hesitation in recommending James and Wolferstans to anyone needing legal support. A great service all round.

    My experience centred on Beth Woodhead. Her contribution to the process as a whole, much aided by the following traits/attributes. Experienced, patient, A good, accurate listener. Instills confidence. Likeable. Personable. Subtely empathehic. Attentive. Erudite, well versed; clarifies legal terminology effectively. An impressive person, an employee of value; as are supporting staff. Procedures well defined. Paperwork: Personally I found printed matter not the easiest to read fluently. This, in terms of the unfamiliar, "small" font size/ and colour lightness/contrast. Noted that consecutive sheets are not numbered/totalled (accepted that Clauses are numbered).

      Making a Will

      From the first meeting through to the signing of our will we could not fault the service from Wolferstans.
