Everyone I dealt with was competent, professional and helpful. I felt understood and respected and like I could ask anything I needed to and all jargon, decisions and reports were well explained to me. The case was ongoing for a very long time- due to the nature of it, and other parties involved- not Lanyon Bowdler— it never felt like anyone had run out of steam and I was always kept in the loop. The professionalism of all involved made a real difference to how the case and outcome progressed and I would recommend Emma and Lanyon Bowdler to anyone in a similar position

It is incredibly important to find legal representation that balances high-level expertise with genuine human compassion, especially when a family has been through such a difficult ordeal. The service we received as a family was absolutely incredible, my mum’s case was never straight forward but it was dealt with in a very professional manner. Alicia was so understanding and helpful and was always at hand what ever the question was. Unfortunately during our time with our mums case she lost her life to cancer but the compassion shown was fantastic and Alicia helped us with the transition, she guided us through the process and explained everything fully on how we proceeded forward as it was mums wishes that we see the case through till the end. I cannot thank Alicia enough for everything she did throughout the whole case and she handled everything not just professionally but with a kind and understanding heart to our situation. Thank you again for the support you gave us and making everything easy to understand and if our mum was here today she would be over the moon with the outcome.

Sorry but had to change this review as my experience with this company not meaning bromyard branch as I haven't had any dealing with but the Hereford Branch no stars I used a Google engine search on this company read the website on the experience they had thought sound like a good company but bad my claim won't cover the long term of my condition or the pain I have I haven't been up my stairs over two years have to claim government benefits I even told them I have permanent damage but no there don'BEWERE no just BEWERE

These people are completely incompetent, my mother died over a year ago and I immediately went to them because her will was with them asking for them to help me sort out what was required, they immediately stated they couldn't help me resolve my issues regarding the probate, etc, making me go to a solicitor local to myself and now over a year later I'm still trying to get them to send the will and house deeds to my new solicitors and they are trying as hard as they can not to do this....!!! My brothers died, my sister is house bound due to a hernia and I am now at my wits end trying to resolve this a year after my mothers death with her care home hounding me for payment of their care fees... All I can say is avoid using these solicitors...!!!!

I’ve used Saffia Keegan twice now once for purchase and once for selling. I can’t believe how fast and efficient she is - I have dealt with other solicitors in the past with no response for weeks which can be really frustrating. Saffia and Heloise are both really quick to respond and just get to the point very quickly. She made the process so easy and everything was done online - no messing about back and forth with papers getting lost. In 2025 this is the way things should be done! Thank you so much Saffia & Lanyon Bowdler team. I will never use anyone else! Highly recommend 😊

This company’s call-back feature was repeatedly used by someone else to harass me by entering my phone number without my consent. I received numerous unwanted calls and messages as a result, which caused considerable distress. I understand that the company did not intend this, but it reveals a serious weakness in how the call-back system operates. I respectfully urge the company to introduce verification steps or other safeguards to confirm consent before storing or using call-back requests. Without such protections, these systems can easily be exploited by others for harassment.
