I've found all of the team at Lyons Bowe to be responsive and effective, working hard towards our goals. Everybody was prompt at answering emails and answering questions so that I could keep ahead of what was needed next. It was clear from our occasional phone calls that we were on the same page. Right towards the end, they managed to execute a very quick exchange and completion, saving the whole chain a lot of time and money. I also felt the pricing was very fair and clear. No surprise charges despite a very long buying & selling process (no fault of Lyons Bowe). Thanks Liandi, Simone and Faine!

Most of business was done by email and when there was a telephone conversation I had difficulty understanding what was being said. I except that I am an older customer with a hearing problem. I felt very much on the outside of things

I have used Lyons Bowe 3 times in the last 5 years and every time they have always delivered excellent service. They communicated clearly, concisely and often ensuring I was always kept up to date. They use an excellent app that demystifies the process of purchasing a house and ensures that as a client you understand what is going on, when it is happening and what is expected of you. We heard a lot of bad things about solicitors dealing with house purchase. Late, sluggish, incompetent… well not here… Solicitors from Lyons Bowe were always on time, even step ahead, working proactively. Updates were send as soon as anything showed up. So if you looking for conveyancers, Lyons Bowe is way to go. I can recommend them with peace of mind. Thank you all! Special thank you for Prerana Das and Tehasha Perera!

All very helpful up until now. Does seem to be a lot of duplication between solicitors and estate agents. Perhaps find a way to make this slicker.

Would definitely use Lyons Bowe again. Maddie Coles dealt with our completion (selling our flat and buying another property) and she was great. The other side solicitors were awful to get hold of, but Maddie was very communicative and fought our battles well - we barely had to lift a finger. (which, from my experience, isn’t very common with other firms!) Maddie was friendly and very helpful when paperwork etc got confusing at points. She was a friendly, warm person to have on our side through the otherwise stressful experience of buying and selling property. We felt very lucky to have her as our legal assistant!

I exchanged and completed on my property within 7 weeks, thanks to the exceptional team at Lyons Bowe. From start to finish, every member of the team was polite, efficient, and made the entire process feel effortless. Toni-Marie was my first point of contact. She clearly explained the process, what to expect throughout the sale, and how to use the App, which made everything easy to follow. I was then allocated to the Legal Team, where Jonas Hee became my main point of contact.
