I needed a solicitor for help with a financial consent order as part of my divorce. I had an initial video meeting with Lucie and then my paperwork and file were worked on by Harriet. They were both great and kept me updated with everything, if there was anything I didn’t understand, they would explain it for me and never made me feel uncomfortable for not knowing about something that might’ve seemed obvious to them. I was very overwhelmed by the legal process and they just made it a lot easier to deal with at a difficult time in my life.

Very good experience. I think they communicate very well and regularly. Are always genuinely patient and pleasant . I feel tiny window to be a little more proactive but without being there I can’t be certain. I would ask them to represent again . I think some unnecessary acceptance of requests from my buyers solicitor went unchallenged and led to further expense . But again I could be wrong .

Lyons Bowe have been great at assisting me and supporting me through my first ever purchase. With the process being very daunting for a first time buyer like me, they were always informing me of what was to come next and were brilliant in answering any questions I had. I would like to give a massive thank you to Holly, Marco, and Faine for all their help in getting me moved in and securing my first home for me. Thank you!

My experience of Lyons Bowe using them for the second time (first as a buyer) was mixed. Individuals within the company are extremely helpful, and I was particularly impressed with the administrative team and our completions worker Finn Erasmus. However, I would only recommend using them for a straightforward sale, and only if you are the seller. If you are buying and therefore need to take additional care to protect your interests, and if your sale is anything other than entirely straightforward, I would use a proper solicitor. Because of lack of qualifications and experience and because you don't have access to a qualified solicitor, the full advice needed was not available to us and a mistake was made which slowed things down. However, for a fast, straightforward and efficient sale, I would certainly recommend.
