After losing our mum we had her property to deal with which resulted in a sale/purchase within the family. Katarina was so thoughtful of our situation and dealt with the transaction meticulously. As part of the National Wills Network I asked Lyons Bowe to help me prepared my will. Although this didn't involve a huge amount, as my will was a simple one, I found the team to be really very pleasant and efficient and things were wrapped up very quickly after a meeting with Tazmin. Would highly recommend, the only thing I found slightly out of kilter with the service as a whole, was the initial contact which resulted in 8 emails one after the other, with appointment information, documentation, registration etc - it felt a bit much!

Just really poor service. Not once has anyone called us back (6 messages left on different occasions). Emailed “team leader” to inform them of this and no reply. Were supposed to have exchanged/completed by end of September but no communication. Last call to them ended with “we’ll update you today” that was 2 days ago. Cannot recommend. Avoid.

We recently used Lyon’s Bowe for our first house purchase and they were extremely helpful. Everything ran smoothly and we did not have to chase them for anything. The only downside was that towards the end, the communication became slightly less and led to some confusion on our side. However, we would like to say a massive thank you to Maisie in particular who was helpful, patient and always happy to help us out!
