We decided to update our wills and sought advice from Emily Spencer on the best means of protecting our heirs' interests. Emily explained the various options available in readily understood detail. She answered our questions with clarity at both the initial and the subsequent signing-off meeting. Ultimately, we were satisfied that she had made every effort to give the best advice and make the whole process as straightforward as possible.

Our solicitor helped support my partner and I through the process of replacing our Wills, POA and reviewed civil partnership vs marriage options with respect to estate planning and impact of inheritance tax etc. Great service and support by Ali and the team of advisors that he brought in for specific questions or advice. The review request does not show potential areas for improvement, so have listed one just here. We have now had multiple services provided by Slaterheelis for property sales/purchase as well as estate planning. In general, each time we have to fill out a new client form - perhaps there is a way to stream line this so as to not be so repetitive, but still allow for each activity to be clearly listed, fees and service acknowledged.
