But Glover & Priest kept me assured all was under control, explained everything very well answered my emails and calls in a very time in a good professional timely manner. As novices to selling property, and particularly in our case where we were acting as Executors to a will, we found GloverPriest and the team working with us Kellie, Charlotte and Cerys to be totally supportive. They provided help and guidance to us during a stressfull time for which we are extremely grateful

I recently asked Emily to help me write a new will and medical and financial LPAs as I was getting a divorce. Emily, and her assistant Olivia, couldnt have been more professional, helpful and easy to work with. Emily made sure that I absolutely understood what I was signing. She explained any issues in a straightforward, clear way that made me feel in control of the process. Highly recommended.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are grateful for your kind words and pleased that we could assist you efficiently.
Hayley was very friendly when I met with her to talk about my dad's estate. She remembered my dad even though it had been years I think since she met with him. She sat and talked with me about my dad, remembering things he had said and listened to me talk about him. She was so professional but also really kind and I liked her straight away. After the initial meeting, the rest of my contact with Glover Priest was via email and phone. I mainly dealt with Hayley or Elaine. Both ladies always responded promptly and didn't mind when I got anxious about stuff and were always available if I needed anything. It meant so, so much to me that Hayley remembered my dad and I'm really grateful to her. It felt like the final link to my dad somehow. I would recommend Glover Priest to anyone. Thank you Hayley for all you did.

Kimberley and Harmandeep professionally and helpfully completed the conveyancing on the sale of our family home. My brother and I were acting as POAs for a parent who had moved to a Care home. The most difficult situation occurred as we were due to exchange contracts requiring an expedited exchange and completion. Harmandeep worked efficiently to ensure the sale went through in a few days. Thank you

I honestly cannot fault the service I received from Jordan and Chloe throughout what turned out to be an incredibly difficult and stressful property sale. They were professional, supportive, responsive and consistently proactive throughout the entire process. Despite the numerous complications and ongoing difficulties caused by the buyers’ solicitors, they did everything they could to keep things moving, chase for updates and push for progress. I always felt they were doing everything within their power to get the sale over the line, and I cannot thank them enough for their patience, hard work and perseverance. Selling a property is stressful enough without all the additional complications we experienced, and having two people who genuinely cared and continued to fight my corner made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend Jordan and Chloe to anyone looking for solicitors who are committed, approachable and willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Thank you both for everything. I’m just sorry you had to endure such a memorable transaction with me. Looking forward to working with you again for my property purchase!
