Hayley was very friendly when I met with her to talk about my dad's estate. She remembered my dad even though it had been years I think since she met with him. She sat and talked with me about my dad, remembering things he had said and listened to me talk about him. She was so professional but also really kind and I liked her straight away. After the initial meeting, the rest of my contact with Glover Priest was via email and phone. I mainly dealt with Hayley or Elaine. Both ladies always responded promptly and didn't mind when I got anxious about stuff and were always available if I needed anything. It meant so, so much to me that Hayley remembered my dad and I'm really grateful to her. It felt like the final link to my dad somehow. I would recommend Glover Priest to anyone. I honestly cannot fault the service I received from Jordan and Chloe throughout what turned out to be an incredibly difficult and stressful property sale. They were professional, supportive, responsive and consistently proactive throughout the entire process. Despite the numerous complications and ongoing difficulties caused by the buyers’ solicitors, they did everything they could to keep things moving, chase for updates and push for progress. I always felt they were doing everything within their power to get the sale over the line, and I cannot thank them enough for their patience, hard work and perseverance. Selling a property is stressful enough without all the additional complications we experienced, and having two people who genuinely cared and continued to fight my corner made a huge difference.
