⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently completed the sale of my business, and the transaction was expertly handled by Jack Howell. From start to finish, Jack was the epitome of professionalism. His attention to detail was second to none, and he consistently kept me informed and reassured throughout the process. We faced several challenges due to delays and complications from the solicitor acting on the other side, along with issues involving the mortgage lender. Despite this, Jack remained calm, collected, and professional at all times. His measured approach and clear communication made what could have been a very stressful experience feel far more manageable. What truly stood out was Jack’s dedication — the night before he was due to fly out to Vietnam for two weeks, he stayed in the office until 11pm to ensure the deal got over the line for me. That level of commitment is incredibly rare and genuinely appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack to anyone looking for a reliable and diligent solicitor. A true credit to the profession.

Our Solicitor was involved in all stages from an initial enquiry through the signing of our wills. Emily explained the legal terminology used and have us the necessary information regarding the different types of wills. Emil had a friendly professional approach which was very helpful in formulating our wills. We were impressed that when we called in with an initial enquiry Emily was the only Solicitor we spoke to and we just weren't handed leaflets as other firms in Lichfield did.

Conveyancing solicitors (Carol and Jayne) were of the highest quality. Always VERY quick to reply to emails. Able to provide clear instructions and explanations for any questions I had as a first time buyer. Always made sure that my side (buyer) was leading the push, never dragged on any paperwork or emails, and always chased the seller promptly. Couldn't have asked for better, best part of the house buying experience. 5/5
