I had a really positive experience right from my initial enquiry taken by the receptionist, who handled the call both professionally and efficiently. Within the hour I had a response from Levi Salt - Trainee Solicitor, who showed empathy to my situation and again, showed a great deal of professionalism during the initial stages and managed the process effectively whilst keeping in regular contact through to completion of my legal matter - evidently nothing was too much trouble. Further, the expertise of my Solicitor, Omar Mahmoud who I was able to see same day, clearly explained everything to me and provided the re-assurance I was seeking during what has been a very difficult time for me and my family. I would highly recommend Glover Priest Solicitors and thanks to their entire team for their due care and support throughout what would have otherwise been a complex legal process. They made the complex, simple and easy to understand - please pass on my special thanks to Omar and Levi - you've been my heroes! :)

Unfortunately, my initial dealings with the Tamworth branch were disappointing. Communication was poor, responses were slow, and I often found the tone to be abrupt and unhelpful, which only added stress during an already difficult time. However, things changed significantly once I requested to move my case to the Lichfield branch. Stephen, Nadine, and Paige were fantastic from start to finish — responsive, supportive, and highly professional. They made the rest of the process smooth and reassuring, and I truly felt I was in good hands. If my experience had been with Lichfield from the beginning, it would have been an easy 5 stars. I hope this feedback helps others and encourages the same level of service across all branches.

I wish there were more than 5 stars. I cannot thank Carol and Jayne enough for all their hardwork and patience dealing with my case. It was a long drawn out process due to outside factors. They kept me updated throughout and I always felt that they were doing the absolute best for me. They were quick to respond to emails and whenever we had to talk on the phone they were both always very polite and chatty. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Stephanie and Cristina were fantastic throughout the purchase process. They gave clear advice and instructions on what was needed and by when. I mainly emailed them and they replied promptly and professionally and the odd times that needed a direct phone call they and the other staff (when Stephanie and Cristina weren’t available) were great to deal with. The price paid for their conveyancing service was competitive too. Will definitely recommend and use again if a need arises.
